Gaurav Agarwal

Gaurav Agarwal is an accomplished Chief Credit Officer with extensive experience in credit risk management and strategy development across various financial institutions. Currently serving at BlueChip Financial since December 2021, Gaurav previously held the same title at Cognition Financial and contributed to Citizens Financial Group, Inc. as Senior Director of Strategy and Head of Credit Risk Policy Strategy & Analytics. Gaurav's career also includes significant roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland, where responsibilities encompassed optimizing credit functions and leading collections and recovery strategies, as well as strategic leadership at Capital One and technical development at CDOT Alcatel Research Centre. Gaurav holds a PGDM in Marketing & Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a BE in Computer Science from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, complemented by education from the CBA Executive Banking School.
