Laurie Winger has over three decades of experience in finance and strategic management within the insurance and financial services industry. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at TruStage since November 2015, Winger oversees product management and strategic planning, enhancing growth and market alignment across Life & Health and Property & Casualty segments. Prior to TruStage, Winger held various leadership roles at CUNA Mutual Group, including Senior Vice President of Planning & Business Services and Senior Vice President of Strategic & Business Planning, focusing on strategy development, product development, and competitive intelligence. Winger’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Business/Management from the Wisconsin School of Business.
