Tammy Schultz

Tammy Schultz is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and operations. Currently serving as President of Preplanning Solutions at TruStage since August 2021, Tammy previously held multiple leadership roles at Assurant Solutions from October 1995 to October 2022, including EVP & President of Preneed and VP & Chief Operations Officer. Key achievements include strategic management of executive client relationships, development of efficient customer service operations, and implementation of training programs. Tammy holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Purdue Global and has educational credentials from South Dakota State University and Minnesota State University Moorhead.
