Prior roles include Customer Relationship Manager and Accounting and Operations Supervisor, where responsibilities encompassed market research, strategic planning, financial reporting, and accounting system management. Prior to Happy Pet Indonesia, Feriska held positions as Cost Controller Supervisor at PT. Mitra Aneka Rezeki and Management Trainee in Cost Accounting at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, alongside experience as a Corporate Credit Analyst at IAF Multi Finance. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Universitas Prasetiya Mulya and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Institut Bisnis Dan Informatika Indonesia.
