Jordan Perili has a diverse work experience in the food and beverage industry. They started their career as a Valet Parking Attendant/Manager at Premiere Parking, LLC in 2006 and worked there until 2013. From 2013 to 2016, Jordan worked as a server at The Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar and then became a District Manager at Which Wich Superior Sandwiches from 2013 to 2016. They then transitioned to become a Service Manager at The Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, Jordan joined Rocky Top Hospitality as an Operations Manager before moving on to Happy + Hale, where they held the roles of Operator and Director of Operations.
From 2009 to 2012, Jordan Perili attended Wake Technical Community College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. In September 2013, Jordan Perili also received certification from ServSafe Certified in the field of food safety.
