Calin Stefanescu

Calin Stefanescu is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in founding and leading various companies. Currently serving as the CEO and Co-Founder of Dora, the Recruitment Robot by Happy Recruiter since March 2018, Calin focuses on enhancing recruitment processes through automation. Additionally, Calin co-founded and operates StartupScouter.com, providing insights to entrepreneurs since August 2017. Prior to these ventures, Calin co-founded and served as CEO of Tjobs from 2009 to 2017 and Transylvania Jobs from 2007 to 2009, specializing in skilled worker recruitment. Earlier entrepreneurial efforts include leading Spunk, an online custom t-shirt shop from 2004 to 2006, and Skiresorts, which provided mobile information on ski conditions from 2001 to 2003. Calin began the entrepreneurial journey as a co-founder and managing partner of Eweb, a web design company, from 1999 to 2003.
