Erik Chavez

Erik Chavez has a strong background in customer service and operations, having worked in various roles at companies such as Happy Returns, LendingClub, Grubhub, Yelp Eat24, FedEx Ground, and Regal Entertainment Group. Currently, Erik is focused on improving the return bar experience for merchants and customers at Happy Returns, while also assisting with onboarding new clients and providing customer support. Erik's experience also includes roles in QA, workforce analysis, and operations administration. Erik completed their education at Fullerton College and Sonora High School.
