Montana Sweet

Montana Sweet is an experienced operational leader with a diverse background in management and military service. Currently serving as the Operational Excellence Manager at Happy Returns, a PayPal company, Montana previously held various roles at McMaster-Carr, including Operations Manager for CAD and Shipping, where responsibilities ranged from leading CAD engineering teams to managing parcel shipping operations. Prior military experience includes serving in the US Army as Personnel Manager, overseeing HR functions for over 1,500 personnel, and leading workforce planning and training as Signals Intelligence Program Manager. Montana holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Comparative Politics from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
