Ovi Popescu

Ovi Popescu currently serves as a Council Member for the City of Loma Linda and as a Senior Advisor for HYSKY Society™, an organization dedicated to promoting hydrogen aviation. In addition to these roles, Ovi is a Mentor at Starburst Aerospace and a Senior Governmental and Business Affairs Liaison at AeroPro LLC, where responsibilities include supporting business development and managing relationships with key clients like Boeing. With a background that includes significant leadership positions at SBD International Airport and the Inland Valley Development Agency, Ovi has extensive experience in infrastructure development and financial management. An owner/partner at A & D Tailoring and A Formal Affaire, Ovi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from California State University-San Bernardino and an Associate of Arts in Occupational Therapy from Loma Linda University.
