Francois Gougeon

Francois Gougeon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and recruitment. As Co-founder and CEO of Happy to meet you since February 2016, Francois has been instrumental in addressing the gap between businesses and talent seeking new challenges. Simultaneously, Francois serves as an Associate Director at Honoré, a recruitment firm, and as an Advisor at Jarvi, which offers an ATS and CRM solution for recruiters. Additionally, Francois contributes as an Angel Investor at Leocare and previously co-founded Kom & Do. Prior roles include Director of Site and Human Resources at bioMérieux, where strategic human resources policies were established, and Director of Human Resources at AES Chemunex, overseeing HR functions across multiple sites. Francois's career also includes legal expertise in social law at Groupe SAMSIC and HR advisory at THOMSON BROADCAST.
