Lauren Garcia has a diverse range of work experience. Lauren currently holds the position of Customer Success Manager at HappyCo, a role that they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, Lauren worked at Picerne Real Estate Group for nearly 10 years, where they held various roles including Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, and Leasing Professional. Lauren also has experience as a Student at the University of Central Florida from 2006 to 2011. In addition, they have retail experience from Victoria's Secret, where they worked as a Retail Associate from 2008 to 2010. Lauren's earliest work experience dates back to 2003, where they worked as a Coach at A Kids Gym, responsible for coaching gymnastics and assisting with office duties.

Lauren Garcia attended the University of Central Florida from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Science General Business Administration. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications related to customer success management. These include "Avoiding Common Pitfalls in Customer Success Management," "Business Fundamentals for Customer Success Managers," "Value Realization Best Practices for Customer Success Management," "Customer Success Management Fundamentals," and "Onboarding and Adoption Best Practices for Customer Success Management." These certifications were earned through LinkedIn, with the latest ones obtained in November and December of 2021. Lauren Garcia also holds the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) certification, which they obtained from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in March 2020.
