Leo Guerra-Hershey has held several positions in the customer service and data analytics fields over the past 13 years. From 2006 to 2008, they were an Account Executive at LeadROI, a start-up web-based lead management system. During this time, they created a knowledge base and training material for LeadROI users, conducted national training webinars, managed the on-boarding and account maintenance processes, assisted with the design and implementation of new software features, and assisted the accounting team with the review of monthly usage and billing process. From 2008 to 2013, they were the Director of Client Services & Data Analytics at Mediawhiz Inc. During this time, they provided consultative assistance to customers by analyzing and reporting trends within their data, supported the sales & technical teams on creating a proper road map for the development of future product and service enhancements, created and reviewed performance reports with clients, and discussed action plans to maintain and improve ROI. Additionally, they coordinated and maintained integrations with 3rd party lead-gen partners and provided the sales team with weekly analytical reviews on business revenue performance. From 2013 to 2015, they were the Operations Manager at Matomy Media Group. Finally, from 2015 to present, they have been the Customer Success & Sales Manager at HappyFox Inc., a fast growing cloud-based customer support and help desk product. At HappyFox, Inc., it is all about bringing the happiness quotient to support teams.
Leo Guerra-Hershey attended Universidad de los Andes in Venezuela from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
