Urvashi Nayyar

Urvashi Nayyar has a wealth of experience in operations and customer service. Urvashi began their career in 2006 as a Travel Implant Coordinator at BCD Travel India Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for arranging travel solutions for corporate clients. In 2009, they moved to Virgin Mobile India as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Sales and Distribution Officer. Urvashi then joined AMSURE Insurance - 50:50 JV of AMWAY, India & HOLLARD Life, South Africa in 2013 as Chief Of Staff in the CEO's office. In 2015, they began working at YES BANK as Senior Manager and Manager in Banking Operations and Cash Management Services, respectively. In 2019, they became Assistant Vice President Operations at ZipLoan. In 2021, they joined Stashfin as Deputy Vice President - Credit & Operations and Associate Vice President - Operations. Currently, they are the Head - Operations at HAPPY - A Digital Lending Fintech.
