Customer Service Representative at HappyNest

Amy Razee has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. Her first role was as a Telesales Representative at Swarovski from 2009 to 2013. Amy then moved to Summer Infant as a Sales Assistant and Sales Manager from 2013 to 2017. During this time, they were responsible for price level maintenance, item set ups for .com accounts, sales leads, trade show support, and all sales reports. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at Jardine Associates as an Account Coordinator, Customer Service Representative, and E-Commerce Account Coordinator. In this role, they managed all Internet accounts, processed orders, maintained and updated websites, answered calls from college bookstores, worked extensively in DI Central and Commerce Hub, and spearheaded EDI conversion for Barnes and Noble's new drop ship ordering system. Amy is currently employed as a Customer Service Representative at HappyNest.

Amy Razee attended Coventry High School and then went on to receive their Associate of Science (A.S.) in Surgical Technology/Technologist from the New England Institute of Technology in 2014.
