Senior Customer Success Manager - Happy or Not at HappyOrNot

Dylan Hubble has worked in a variety of roles since 1999. Dylan began their career at CSC as a Technical Support Engineer and Graduate Associate Consultant. In 2003, they moved to Business Connexion as a Service Desk Analyst. Dylan then joined Casewise as a Support Analyst in 2006, followed by CA Technologies as a Technical Support Engineer in 2011. In 2016, they became a Premier Technical Support Engineer at InsideSales.com, and then a Senior Customer Success Manager EMEA at XANT in 2017. In 2021, they took on the role of Enterprise Customer Success Manager at LogicMonitor, and is currently a Senior Customer Success Manager at HappyOrNot since 2022.

Dylan Hubble attended Rossall School from 1989 to 1994, followed by Aberystwyth University from 1994 to 1999, where they earned a BA in German and PDip Comp Sci. In October 2021, Dylan obtained two certifications from LogicMonitor, a LogicMonitor Certified Associate and a LogicMonitor Certified Professional.
