Michele Aarons has worked in the customer success and project management fields since 2009. Michele began their career at Millward Brown as an Account Coordinator/Project Manager, where they managed client accounts across various industries. In 2013, they joined ResponseTek as a Client Manager. Most recently, Michele has been a Senior Customer Success Manager and a Customer Success Manager at HappyOrNot since 2018.

Michele Aarons attended the University of Southampton from 2005 to 2008, where they received a BSc Applied Social Sciences (Criminology & Psychology) in the field of Social Science.
