Mikko Pernu

Mikko Pernu has had an extensive career in the gaming industry. Mikko started their career in 2006 as a Producer at Universomo Ltd., THQ Wireless. In the same year, they also took on the role of CEO/Co-founder at Aukio Group Ltd. and Senior Manager, Finance at THQ Inc. In 2010, they became the CEO/Co-founder at Prank Ltd. and in 2013, they joined HappyOrNot as a Product Owner, HR Director, and Director, Finance. Mikko also served as a Member of the Board at Universomo Ltd.

Mikko Pernu received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Financial Management from Lahti University of Applied Sciences in 2003. Mikko then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Interaction Design from Tampere University of Applied Sciences, which they are currently still working towards. Additionally, Mikko is expected to obtain a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance in September 2022.
