Scott Erickson has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Scott currently holds the position of VP Global Partnerships and Alliances at HappyOrNot. Prior to this, they had an extensive tenure at M-Files, where they served as the Senior & Regional Vice President, Global Channel Sales & RoW Territory. In this role, they led the growth and development of the channel sales ecosystem, overseeing the opening of new geographical markets and the hiring of regional staff in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Scott was also responsible for managing the M-Files Partner Program, which included a global network of systems integrators, solution providers, and value-added resellers across 90+ countries.

Before their time at M-Files, Scott Erickson held roles at Alibre, LLC. Scott started as a Technical Sales Representative and Application Engineer, where their success in identifying leads and closing new business led to their promotion as the Vice President of International Sales & Indirect Channel Manager. In this capacity, they spearheaded the opening and development of 40 international territories on 6 continents, significantly increasing channel sales revenue. Scott was then promoted to the role of Vice President of Sales, where they led a team of 9 and was responsible for global software sales strategies and the development of new business through partnerships and resellers.

Prior to their time at Alibre, Scott Erickson gained valuable engineering experience at Savannah River National Laboratory, The Applied Research Laboratory at Penn State University, and Los Alamos National Laboratory.

Scott Erickson began their education at the University of California, Davis, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from 1990 to 1995.
