Suvi Haveri

Suvi Haveri has a strong background in business operations and customer service. Suvi began their career in 2008 as a Project Trainee for Opiskelijan Tampere. That same year, they also started as a Customer Service Representative for TNT Express. In 2018, they joined HappyOrNot, where they have held the roles of Delivery Manager, Billing & Delivery Manager, Director of Delivery and Billing, and Senior Director of Business Operations.

Suvi Haveri obtained their Ylioppilas from Hämeenlinnan Yhteiskoulun lukio in 2005. Suvi then attended Tampere University of Applied Sciences from 2006 to 2010, where they earned their Bachelor's Degree in International Business. In 2009, they attended Södertörn University for International Business. In 2011, they completed Professional Specialisation Studies in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Satakunta University of Applied Sciences. Finally, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Tampere University of Applied Sciences in 2018.
