Tim Waterton has over 30 years of experience in sales, customer success, and business development. Tim began their career in 1991 as Manager of Market Technology Services for the London Stock Exchange. From 1994 to 1997, they worked as a Senior Manager of Digital Transformation for Accenture. In 1997, they co-founded and served as VP Marketing for Simulus, which was later acquired by BMC Software in 2002. From 2004 to 2009, they served as VP Sales & Marketing for Clearpace Software, then RainStor. During this time, they also served as VP Strategic Alliances and VP Business Development for RainStor. From 2009 to 2014, they were a Board Advisor for Deedabase and VP Marketing for essensys. From 2015 to 2021, they were Regional VP Sales (UK) and Channel Sales Manager (UK) for M-Files Corporation. Tim currently serves as VP Sales & Customer Success for HappyOrNot.

Tim Waterton attended St Paul's, London from 1981 to 1985. Tim then went on to the University of Bristol, where they earned a BSc in Pharmacology from 1986 to 1989.
