Eemeli Koli started their work experience in 2007 as a Service Station Employee at Pirkanmaan Osuuskauppa, where they provided excellent customer service and managed orders. In 2013, they worked as a Sales Representative at CAP Solutions Oy, contacting potential business clients and selling training courses. Eemeli also worked as a Sales Representative at Gigantti Oy during this time. In 2014, they worked as a Customer Service Advisor at ManpowerGroup Contact Center Oy, providing B2C customer service and sales. Eemeli then joined Telia Company in 2015 and 2016 as a Technical Customer Service Advisor, where they diagnosed and solved technical problems for corporate customers. At Telia Company, they also wrote daily reports and implemented collaborative methods for the reporting team. In 2017, they worked as a Business Analyst at Capgemini, focusing on business analysis and consultancy for a client in the financial industry. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at Sofigate as a Junior Advisor and later as an Advisor, designing and building people-centric ServiceNow portal experiences using frameworks like GlideAjax, Javascript, AngularJS, and Bootstrap. Eemeli also conducted workshops, user interviews, and prototyping using tools like Adobe XD and InVision. Currently, Eemeli is working as a Customer Happiness Engineer at HappySignals Ltd since 2020.

Eemeli Koli studied at the University of Jyväskylä from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a specialization in Information Technology. Eemeli then pursued further education at the same university and obtained a Master of Science degree in Economics with a focus on Information Technology from 2015 to 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Eemeli Koli also obtained the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert in December 2018.

Before entering university, Eemeli Koli completed their Finnish Matriculation Examination at the Upper Secondary School of Orivesi from 2004 to 2008.
