Aakash Rawat

Aakash Rawat is an experienced professional with a background in business operations and team management. Currently serving as Assistant Manager of Business Operations at Haptik since January 2017, Aakash coordinates with product development for process automation and oversees product testing and rollouts. Previously, Aakash held the title of Assistant Manager at Shaline Cabs Pvt Ltd and ANDROMEDA BPO PRIVATE LIMITED, where responsibilities included managing inbound and outbound operations, workforce, and back office management. Expertise includes team building, cost-reduction strategies, enhancing customer satisfaction, front-end supervision, and complaint resolution, effectively managing a team of 120 customer service executives and six team leaders.
