Pooja Modi is a seasoned professional in the field of AI and business strategy, currently serving as Vice President of Generative AI Consulting at Haptik since August 2019, where responsibilities include working with Fortune 500 CXOs to implement generative AI solutions for critical challenges. Pooja also holds a leadership role as Vice President of the Jio Business Unit at Haptik, managing a team of approximately 40 and overseeing the implementation of AI chatbots across the Reliance Jio ecosystem, contributing significantly to the company’s revenue growth.
