Swapan Rajdev is a seasoned technology entrepreneur with extensive experience in software development and business intelligence. As Co-Founder and CTO of Haptik, Swapan has played a pivotal role in establishing one of the largest Conversational AI companies, serving Fortune 500 brands and achieving significant engagement metrics. Prior to Haptik, Swapan founded Zing! Apps, specializing in native and web-based iOS applications. Swapan's early career includes positions as a Software Engineer at Radius Intelligence, Inc., where full stack engineering skills were utilized, and as a Consultant at Accenture, focusing on data migration projects. Swapan began the professional journey as a Summer Analyst at Accenture and gained initial experience in sales and marketing during an internship at IBM in Kuwait. Swapan holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
