Sanchita Ingawale

Sanchita Ingawale has a work experience spanning from 2015 to 2020. Sanchita started their career at ACH Management Consultants, where they worked as an IT Business/Technical Analyst from May 2018 to July 2019. In this role, they were responsible for analyzing problems, submitting tickets to the vendor development team, and coordinating with the development team to fix bugs. Additionally, they worked as a Research Analyst in the same company during the same period, where they closely collaborated with consultants in search mandate lifecycle and assisted in creating search and sourcing strategies. Sanchita also held the position of Software Analyst at ACH Management Consultants from September 2015 to July 2019, where they contributed to database creation, setting up systems and processes, and handling various value-added projects for clients across various industries.

In 2020, Sanchita joined Haqdarshak Empowerment Solutions as an Engineer-Product Support. Haqdarshak is a social enterprise that aims to make welfare schemes more accessible to citizens through their technology platform. As an Engineer-Product Support, Sanchita's role involves utilizing the platform to help citizens discover, apply for, and benefit from government and private schemes. Sanchita also assists in training facilitators and ensures the platform's smooth functioning.

Sanchita Ingawale completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering at Arvind Gavali College of Engineering - Shivaji University from 2011 to 2015. Following that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Engineering at PK Technical Campus - (PKTC) University of Pune from 2015 to 2017.
