Hayley Clements

Hayley Clements has extensive experience in operational management and network experience, currently serving as the Head of Network Experience & Learning and previously as Operations Manager for the Harambee Simulation Academy at Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator since October 2013. With a focus on addressing youth unemployment, Harambee partners with various stakeholders to implement scalable solutions. Prior to this, Hayley held roles such as Bridging Manager and Client Services at Coracall, Campaign Manager at CCI South Africa and Liberata, and Customer Service Centre Manager at Agilisys, among other positions in customer service and operations support. Hayley's career began as a Trainee Graphic Designer/Marketing Assistant at Bluepole Design and a Customer Services Advisor at BT.
