Thabo Sentle Sefatsa

Thabo Sentle Sefatsa is an experienced project manager currently working at Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator since August 2019, where responsibilities include managing complex projects and leading a project team within the Demand Unlocking Programme Support Office. Prior to this role, Thabo served as Operations Support Manager and Quality Assurance Team Lead at DSV Healthcare Limited from July 2017 to July 2023, overseeing contact center operations. Thabo also has over ten years of customer service experience, having worked as a Customer Service Team Lead at Discovery Health-Vitality from October 2011 to March 2017, where the establishment of the first Discovery Vitality call center team in Port Elizabeth was a key achievement.
