Victoria Duncan

Victoria Duncan has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Victoria currently works at Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator as the Head of Research & Evidence. Prior to this, they were a Research Manager at the same company and also served as an Impact Research Specialist. Before joining Harambee, Victoria was the Director, Founder, and Entrepreneur at Stratix Consulting and worked as an Associate Consultant at Peter Laburn International. Victoria also gained experience as a Solution Design Specialist at Webhelp SA and a Management Consultant at Capability Global.

Victoria Duncan studied at Stellenbosch University from 2010 to 2011, where they obtained a degree in MComm Economics. Additionally, they attended the Graduate School of Business - University of Cape Town and studied Finance for Non-Financial Managers. Victoria also attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) for an Executive Summer School program focusing on Business Model Innovation at the Base of the Pyramid.
