Viwe Mankanku

Viwe Mankanku is an experienced professional in contact center management and operations, currently serving as the Contact Center Manager at Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator since April 2021. In this role, Viwe leads a team of Team Leaders to enhance customer experience, collaborates with stakeholders to ensure effective operations, and drives key performance indicators while supporting a culture of servant leadership. Prior to this, Viwe served as an Operations Manager overseeing inbound and outbound contact center activities, and held positions at AllLife as a Team Leader, at the High Performance Center at the University of Pretoria as a Receptionist, and at Sikelela Medical and Dental Suppliers in Personnel Administration. Viwe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand.
