Thomas Steele

Thomas Steele is an Associate Consultant at Harba Solutions Inc. since November 2022, bringing prior experience as an Account Manager at Tom Steele West and Co-Founder/Project Manager at Next Level Landscaping LLC. As an Account Manager, Thomas was responsible for managing major accounts' fleet vehicles and maintaining relationships while pursuing new business opportunities. At Next Level Landscaping, Thomas maintained client relationships and oversaw project management tasks. Previous roles include a Sales and Leasing Consultant at Kelley Automotive Group, where achievements included ranking #1 in sales among interns, and serving as County Assessor for the City of Fort Wayne, managing property tax assessments and customer relations. Thomas earned a Bachelor of Science in Selling and Sales Management from Purdue University and holds an Honors Diploma from Bishop Dwenger High School.
