Kathryn R. O’Neal

Ms. O’Neal joined HMC in June 2008 and is responsible for accounting, cash management and financial reporting of HMC’s European Real Estate, Seniors Housing, and U.S. Real Estate Fund investment strategies. Ms. O’Neal reports to HMC’s Senior Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer. Ms. O’Neal has over 20 years of professional experience as a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to joining HMC, she was employed by the Birmingham office of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (“PwC”) from 2002 to 2008 and was serving as a Manager at the time of her departure. While at PwC, Ms. O’Neal provided assurance services to clients in the healthcare, manufacturing, and investment management industries. Ms. O’Neal holds a Bachelor of Science Degree and Master of Accounting from Samford University. Ms. O’Neal currently serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors at Oasis Counseling for Women and Children and is a past president of the Board of Directors for the HERO Foundation (Harbert Employees Reaching Out).
