Ryan Benevides

Ryan Benevides is an experienced professional in real estate asset management and acquisitions, currently serving as the Head of Asset & Portfolio Management for Europe at Harbert Management Corporation since January 2020. Prior roles include Portfolio Manager at Kennedy Wilson from March 2015 to October 2019, Portfolio Associate at CBRE Global Investors from April 2014 to March 2015, and Senior Associate at MIG Real Estate between August 2012 and March 2014. Ryan began a career in real estate as an Associate at GE Capital, holding the position from May 2007 to July 2012. Ryan obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Bentley University.
