Santiago Azurmendi Pedreira began their career in 2016 as an Entrenador for Atlético de Madrid, followed by a role as Responsable de información departamento de Captación (Academia). Santiago then moved on to become an Analista táctico and Trainee Departamento de Análisis del Rendimiento. In 2020, they became the COO & Co-Founder of HarBest Market.

Santiago Azurmendi Pedreira completed a Grado en Ciencias de la Actividad Física y del Deporte at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid between 2013 and 2017. Santiago then went on to pursue a Curso Superior de Análisis y Scouting en Fútbol at the Universidad Camilo José Cela from 2017 to 2018, as well as a Certificate in Technology and Applied Sports Science at the Barça Innovation Hub from 2017 to 2018. In 2020, they completed an MBA - Future Leaders - Business Strategy at ThePower Business School, with a field of study in Business Administration.
