Rebecca Reynolds

Rebecca C. Reynolds serves as the Vice President of Sales and Operations at Harbinger Partners since February 2023, previously holding roles including Account Executive and Technology Opportunity Finder. Prior experience includes Director of Learning and Development at Gradient Financial Group, where responsibilities encompassed process development, training systems, and career mapping across multiple companies. Rebecca has also contributed to education as Interim Assistant Principal at Anoka-Hennepin School District, overseeing intervention teams, facilitating professional development, and enhancing family engagement. Additional roles include District Innovation Coach and Spanish Immersion Teacher at Minnetonka Public Schools, as well as teaching positions at Colegio Menor Quito and Mounds View Public Schools. Rebecca holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and K-12 Principal and Superintendent Licenses from St. Cloud State University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary and Middle School Education from Bethel University.
