Michael Fielkow

Michael Fielkow has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Michael is currently serving as the General Counsel, Secretary, and Head of Corporate Development at Harbinger since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Canoo from April 2021 to April 2022, holding positions of Vice President - Corporate Legal, Securities & Global Strategy, as well as Legal Counsel and Deputy General Counsel. Before their time at Canoo, Michael was a Corporate Attorney at Latham & Watkins from October 2014 to April 2019, specializing in general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets, with a focus on technology companies. Michael also played a leadership role in diversity and pro bono initiatives at Latham & Watkins. In addition, they had summer associate positions at Latham & Watkins in 2013 and Paul Hastings in 2012. Michael started their career as a Corporate Strategy and Business Development Analyst at Sony Network Entertainment Int’l from May 2010 to August 2010.

Michael Fielkow completed their education in a chronological order. From 2007 to 2011, they attended the University of Southern California and earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Electrical Engineering. During the same period, they also completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Entrepreneurship and International Business, at the same university. Later, from 2011 to 2014, Michael attended the University of Chicago Law School and obtained a Juris Doctor degree (J.D.).
