Agnieszka Kaczmarczyk is an experienced Product Developer at Harboes Bryggeri since July 2014, focusing on the innovation and development of new ingredients for food and beverages, coordinating food processing from R&D to production, and optimizing food processes. Prior to this role, Agnieszka served as a Development and Quality Coordinator at Aarhus University from August 2009 to April 2013, where participation in a project aimed at improving protein quality in feed barley was highlighted. Agnieszka earned a PhD in Plant Molecular Biology, Genetics, and Proteomics from Aarhus University in April 2013 and holds Master's and Engineer's degrees in Food Biotechnology from Akademia Rolnicza we Wrocławiu, obtained in 2008.
