Sean Spellman

Sean Spellman currently serves as President at Harbor Bay Ventures, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Sean held the title of Chief Development Officer at CA Ventures, LLC from June 2017 to July 2023 and served as Vice President and General Manager at Opus Development Corporation from July 2011 to June 2017. Sean earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, attending from 1991 to 1995.
