Brian Dempsey

Brian Dempsey is an Analyst at J.P. Morgan Private Bank since January 2022 and a Staff Writer for SB Nation (BC Interruption) starting September 2023. Brian was a Student Athlete at Boston College Carroll School of Management from September 2016 to May 2021, serving as Captain and a five-year starter for the NCAA Division I baseball team. Brian holds the record for most games played and at-bats in school history and was a recipient of the Gailius Family Scholarship Fund. Previous experience includes a Commercial Real Estate Intern position at DJD Realty Services in summer 2019 and multiple infielder roles in the Cape Cod Baseball League and other collegiate leagues. Brian earned an MBA from Boston College in 2021 and a BS in Marketing from the same institution in 2020, following education at Georgetown Preparatory School from 2012 to 2016.
