David Rutkowski, CETF®, is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Investment Consultant Analyst at Harbor Capital Advisors, Inc., since March 2021. In addition, David has held roles as a Business Development Analyst and a Shareholder Services Representative within the same company. Prior to this, David worked as a Fraud Analyst at Chime from August 2020 to March 2021 and gained experience as a College Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual during the summer of 2019. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Iowa State University, completed in 2020.
