Jessica Campbell

Jessica Campbell is a seasoned professional in the field of mental health and social services, currently serving as the Manager of Staff Development at Harbor Care since July 2016, focusing on employee learning and development. Concurrently, Jessica has held the position of Program Manager for the Homeless Outreach Program at Harbor Homes Inc. since October 2018, ensuring compliance with regulations and facilitating client services. Previous experience includes roles as a Case Manager in Psychiatric Emergency Services and SAMHSA Program, along with clinical positions at Nashua Children's Home and Elliot Hospital. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Addictions Studies from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Curry College. Additionally, Jessica has pursued advanced education in Mental Health Counseling at Northern Vermont University.
