Beth Parson

Beth Parson is an experienced professional with a strong background in education and administrative support. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant at Harbor Compliance since July 2019, Beth plays a key role in simplifying the licensing process for organizations while ensuring compliance through expert guidance and proprietary tracking software. Prior to this position, Beth worked as an HR Assistant at Ten Thousand Villages from October 2006 to July 2019, contributing to a nonprofit mission focused on empowering artisans in developing countries. Beth began a career in education, holding teaching positions at Solanco School District, Saint Barnabas Episcopal School, and Houston Independent School District from 1983 to 1991. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Education from Goshen College and a Master's degree in Education from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
