Melissa Nauert

Melissa Nauert is an Executive Assistant at High Alpha. Melissa has previous experience working as a Senior Executive Assistant at Salesforce from January 2013 to January 2020. Nauert has a strong background in administrative support, employee engagement, health and wellness initiatives, volunteer opportunities, innovation, and company culture.

At Salesforce, Nauert was responsible for managing all aspects of the daily meeting schedules, calendaring, travel, expenses, and meeting preparation for the Executive Vice President of Engineering and global organization of 900+ for Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Melissa also led a team responsible for delivering reliable, high quality services that enable the Engineering teams globally. In addition, Nauert was responsible for owning and implementing programs locally as a member of the Global Office Council and speaker for the 2017 Executive Leadership Support Forum for Midwest.

Melissa Nauert received their Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.

They work with R.J. Talyor - Operating Partner, Sinead O’Rouke - Executive Assistant, and Katherine Martin - Marketing Manager. Their manager is Scott Dorsey, Managing Partner.
