Ranga Abeysinghe, CSM®, CSPO® has over 18 years of experience in the IT industry. In 2020, they joined Harbor Compliance as a Senior Business Analyst, where they work closely with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, Development Team, and Business Stakeholders to define and implement enhancements and new features that deliver value to the compliance software product. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at BoardPAC as a Product Manager, where they were responsible for requirement elicitation from internal and external stakeholders, market research on the feature trends, and successfully delivered customized product versions to global clients. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at Rezgateway as a Business Analyst and Supervisor Data Processing, where they managed three project teams, handled integrations of the solution with multiple third party vendors, and supported testers and developers in trouble shooting issues. From 2008 to 2011, they worked at RNH Infotec as Manager - Business Development, where they managed ongoing projects, maintained customer satisfaction, and initiated new business opportunities. From 2006 to 2008, they worked at HSBC - Electronic Data Processing as a Customer Service Executive, where they worked with Human Resources team in implementing VIP (Validation of Information Program) project. From 2004 to 2006, they worked at Management Information Software Systems (Pvt.) Ltd as a Software Engineer, where they elicited and formulated business requirements from stakeholders and created requirements/functional specifications documents. From 2002 to 2004, they worked at Scienter Technologies (Pte) Ltd as a Software Engineer, where they also elicited and formulated business requirements from stakeholders and created requirements/functional specifications documents.

Ranga Abeysinghe holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Anglia Ruskin University, which they obtained in 2018. Ranga also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) from Middlesex University, which they obtained in 2011, and a Higher National Diploma from the National Institute of Information Technology, which they obtained in 2003. In addition, they hold certifications from Simplilearn, ApnaCourse.com, UiPath, and the Scrum Alliance, including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
