Phil Bye has over 12 years of experience in transportation management, starting as a Distribution Manager at Franz Family Bakery, then moving on to various roles at Food Services of America before becoming the Director of Transportation at Harbor Foodservice. Phil holds a degree in Business, Finance, and Management from Washington State University.
