Saida Dusing

Saida Dusing serves as the Senior Product Development Manager for Power Tools Accessories at Harbor Freight Tools since May 2018, previously holding the position of Senior Lead Engineer in Product Development. In this role, Saida provides technical leadership and coordinates efforts across a global product team, working closely with domestic and international colleagues and vendors. Prior to this, Saida was a Product Manager and Product Engineer for Grinding and Cutting Abrasive Wheels at Saint-Gobain Abrasives from April 2013 to May 2018, facilitating collaboration between Product Management and R&D. Saida also held the position of Engineering Coordinator at IDEA Public Schools from August 2010 to April 2013 and was a Nanotechnology Research Associate at the University of Texas Pan-American from May 2008 to January 2010, where Saida conducted pioneering research on Forcespinning technology. Saida earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas-Pan American in 2010.
