Suzanne Barnes, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR functions. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Harbor Freight Tools since August 2010, Suzanne also holds the position of Regional Field Staffing Lead, focusing on recruiting top-tier talent committed to organizational excellence. Additionally, Suzanne administers leave of absence cases and provides benefits administration support, ensuring compliance with Federal and State regulations.
