Zhang Rocky

Zhang Rocky is a Senior Director Quality Assurance at Harbor Freight Tools, where Zhang has been working since November 2010. Prior to this, Zhang worked as the DOE & FMEA Dept. Manager at Hans Einhell company from 2006 to 2010. Before that, Zhang was an engineer at TUV Rheinland (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. from 2003 to 2006. Zhang Rocky holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical from Jobs for young freshers, where Zhang attended from 1994 to 1998. Zhang also attended Hebei ZhengDing Middle School from 1991 to 1994.
