Kimberly Greenberg has a diverse background in the legal field, specializing in commercial real estate. Kimberly began their career as a Commercial Real Estate Attorney at Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod LLP, where they represented special servicers of securitized commercial real estate loans and assisted lenders in loan originations and closings. Following this, they worked as a Contract Attorney at Proskauer Rose LLP. Kimberly then joined Aretz Title as a Real Estate Attorney, where they focused on real estate transactions. Currently, Greenberg is employed as the Director, Legal Specialist at Harbor Group Consulting LLC. In this role, they advise institutional commercial lending clients on insurance market risk exposure and loan compliance.
