Ryan Ambs

Ryan Ambs serves as Vice President of Asset Management for the West Coast Portfolio at Harbor Group International since October 2023. Previously, Ryan held the position of Vice President and Head of Asset Management at The Calida Group from January 2022 to September 2023. Ryan's extensive experience at Harbor Group International includes roles as Managing Director in Asset Management, focusing on multifamily, commercial, and mixed-use properties, as well as involvement in direct equity, mezzanine, and preferred equity investments from January 2016 to December 2021. Early career roles included positions as a Corporate Development Intern at JWT, various analytical roles at Harbor Group International, and as a Sector Analyst at BASIS. Ryan possesses an MBA in Finance, Investment, and Real Estate from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech.
