Investment Team

The Investment Team at Harbor Group International is responsible for identifying and executing investment opportunities across various real estate asset classes, including multifamily, office, and industrial properties. This team manages the entire investment process, from initial acquisition to ongoing asset management, aiming to deliver attractive, risk-adjusted returns for investors. They also oversee real estate lending through whole loans, mezzanine debt, and preferred equity, and manage investments in real estate securities.
